Total Association was born out of a straightforward necessity. Meni Dvir, a South Florida Software Engineer, experienced firsthand the
challenges of managing an association when he caught the Board of Directors’ theft of over 1.5 million dollars in his building. He had
to take over the management of the building and realized what a monumental task it was. There was no single comprehensive software
solution available to efficiently handle all the necessary tasks. He resorted to using multiple individual software solutions, such as
CRM, accounting, intercom, employees’ management, and access control, which proved to be a less than optimal solution due to its
complexity. Faced with this predicament, Meni decided to create his own solution, leading to the birth of Total Association.
