Resident Car Registry

TThe system simplifies the process of registering resident vehicles. Once a car is registered, it is automatically granted access through the residents' gate, using RFID tags or similar access control mechanisms. The CRM continuously monitors vehicle registration validity, sending automated reminders to residents when renewals are needed. This proactive approach ensures that only authorized vehicles gain entry, reducing unauthorized access and eliminating manual tracking by the management team.

In addition to granting access, the system allows administrators to maintain a detailed registry of all vehicles associated with each property. This registry can be accessed in real-time, providing a complete overview of vehicles on the property, their owners, and their current registration status.


Parking Space Management

Administrators can easily:

  • Create Parking Lots, and Parking Spaces in the Parking Lots
  • Assign permanently ownership of Parking Space to a property
  • Assign Temporaray Usage of a parking space to a property
  • Assign Communal (Guest Spots) Usage of a parking space

Residents can also view their assigned parking spaces via the Total Association app or portal, adding transparency and convenience.


Incident Reporting, Towing, and Fines

Car-related incidents, such as unauthorized parking, rule violations, or accidents, are often a source of conflict within associations. Total Association provides robust tools to handle these situations efficiently and professionally.

  • Incident Report: Required by most municipalities, an incident report, must be filled in order to tow a car or use your fine. The system does not allow to find a car or tow it without this incident report.
  • Towing: f a vehicle needs to be towed, the system enables administrators to log the incident comprehensively. This includes uploading photos, documenting the violation, and generating reports for transparency. All towing-related actions are stored within the CRM for future reference and accountability.
  • Fines: For incidents that warrant fines, the system automates the entire process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Notifications, including warnings and fine details, are generated and sent to the resident. The CRM tracks each step of the process, from the initial incident report to payment resolution, Bless youproviding a clear audit trail.
