The Digital Intercom system revolutionizes access management at car gates and building entries. Guests can effortlessly search for their host by first name, last name, or property. Every registered resident is automatically included in the system, even if multiple residents share the same property.
Guests can call their host directly from the intercom, and hosts can open the door or gate using their phone. For added convenience, residents can declare guests in advance using the Total Association app or portal. Declared guests receive an SMS with a unique QR code. By simply showing this QR code to the intercom camera, the guest can gain access without contacting their host, but only for the time permitted by the host. This ensures secure and streamlined guest access while maintaining complete control for residents.
