Every problem traced back to the same root: information scattered across systems, inboxes, and memory. Weak controls were not anyone’s choice — they were the inevitable result of tools that never spoke to each other.
Another tool was not the answer.
The market offered plenty of software. Each product solved its task and stopped at its edges, leaving people to carry information across the gaps. Adding one more tool would have added one more gap.
